Women who were fed up with antiquated definitions around “leadership,” convicted to upend outmoded paradigms, and ready to reach for their grandest dreams. They were asked a question…

How are you personally redefining the leadership landscape?

Interviewees dove into how they were challenging the status quo, how they defined “leadership,” and where they wanted the business world to head next. More than a dozen interviews later, a Q&A blog series “Redefining Leadership” was born. As the women profiled read the words of others in the series, they asked to be brought together. That October of 2016, more than 30 leaders came together to discuss barrier breaking and leadership re-envisioning. From there, the Women in Leadership Nexus was born.

Over the last 7 years, Nexus has transformed from a blog to a convening association to the partner for women across the globe that it is today.

The Nexus how

Since our inception, Nexus has offered cohort programs, workshops and coaching so our leaders can expand their perspective, challenge normative beliefs, and curate careers on their terms. Nexus leaders break barriers, disrupt the status quo, build unbreakable community, and reach their highest leadership calling.
