What leadership services do you offer?

Does Nexus partner with individuals or companies?
Both! Individuals tend to sign up for our cohorts or private coaching services, and companies tend to work with us on custom corporate training programs and public speaking opportunities. How would you describe a Nexus leader?
Those who work with us are called to lead, believe in true workplace equity, and are ever-curious about learning and unlearning. Our Nexus leaders actively move their communities, teams and businesses forward, fight for their career ascension, and believe in building a world that does not yet exist.
Who can sign up for cohorts and coaching?
Currently, our cohort and private coaching programs are for anyone who identifies as female, located across the globe.
Our corporate training programs are for anyone within your organization who you believe would most benefit from the leadership and professional development opportunities, e.g. a singular department, leadership team, internal women’s group, etc.
Do you work with just “corporate” professionals or entrepreneurs?
We work with all professionals! We have worked with more than 1,000 leaders over the last few years on helping them reach their next level of leadership, career and business growth. Our clients span all industries, professions, backgrounds, years of experience and come from the worlds of entrepreneurship, “corporate America,” and everything in between. Whether you are a financial analyst, a life coach, a VP of Marketing, a published author, and so on, we cannot wait to meet and work with you.
