The Member Experience Team focuses on several components of the Nexus member experience, from identifying our programming themes to on-boarding our newest members to routinely surveying existing members. We invite members to join MET every six months, ensuring that we have the chance to hear from and be guided by numerous Nexus leaders.

Keisha Craigg-Ottley
Analytical by nature, strategic by design, driven to deliver, Keisha is a Trinidad-based communicator who has provided communication support and direction in the banking and education sectors over the past 16 years. Motivated to empower others to perform and achieve their goals, Keisha strives to use communication to provide clarity, guidance and foster a sense of community in the workplace. She engages a systems-thinking approach to resolving complex issues in the workplace and crafts effective messages to support organisational goals. Keisha is currently pursuing an MBA at the Gies College of Business, University of Illinois.
Cheryl Dallner
Cheryl is Strategic Partnership Director at NovoEd, a collaborative learning platform. Cheryl's passion for helping high-growth software companies started over 20 years ago when she built her first partner program. Since then, she has been fine-tuning the most effective strategies for recruiting and managing profitable and growing Channel Partnerships. Her passion for building programs from the ground up combined with high positive energy helps her identify the opportunities from the most difficult challenges. Cheryl lives in the Pacific Northwest with her family where she enjoys working in her vegetable and flower gardens, practicing yoga, and reading.
Pam Degan
Pam is an accomplished Marketing and Business Development professional with extensive experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) Industry. Her focus – to identify, build, and develop new client business in key market sectors on behalf of her firm. She is a masterful storyteller with the ability to translate brand strategy into winning concepts to better market and communicate to today’s customers. What she enjoys most is connecting people to one another and seeing what transpires.
Casey Ferrara
Casey is the Director of Early Childhood Programs at Meeting Street. She started at Meeting Street in the Early Intervention program as a Service Coordinator and Educator. She now oversees 11 Early Childhood programs between the MA and RI campuses. Casey is a RIDE-certified Early Childhood Teacher in regular and special education. Casey has a BA in Psychology and her MA in Early Childhood Special Education from Rhode Island College. She has extensive experience managing early childhood development and education programs across New England, where has also been the Assistant Vice President of Operations for the Children’s Workshop and working at various YMCA programs. Casey is also a certified trainer in the Brazelton Touchpoints and an adjunct professor at Rhode Island College. She lives in RI and is a mom of two children.
Megan Greineder
Megan studied English with a concentration in Creative Writing at the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA, where she was also the captain of their Division I women’s soccer team. She began her career in financial operations at Brown Brothers Harriman six years ago and is currently a Section Manager within the Corporate Actions department. Megan aspires to bring a positive energy to everything she does, and is in constant pursuit of new ways to leverage her liberal arts education and innate communication and leadership skills to spark creative solutions. She currently lives in Boston, where you’ll most likely find her petting the nearest dog (until she finally has one of her own!) or with her nose buried in the newest Colleen Hoover novel.
Jasna Klemenc Puntar
Jasna is on a mission to clarify things because she is a “why” person. Living in Slovenia, Jasna works as go-to-market designer, helping launch new brands and products with two groups of people: “digitallydead experts and creators,” helping to build them their online identity from scratch and get them excited with e-networking and thought leadership, and “B2B startup founders,” helping them to design and execute their go-to-market strategy. She is also a Maven's course instructor and part of Maven’s 3rd cohort, made up of 145 instructors from 27 countries in 100+ cities (out of 2,000+ applicants).
Rebecca Twitchell
Rebecca is the Founder/President of half full, llc, a business that helps teams and individuals move forward through intentional team building and positive company culture. Best for RI award recipient for its do well, do good business model, winner of the SBA 2020 Microenterprise of the year in the Northeast, and a graduate of Goldman Sachs 10KSB and Leadership Rhode Island, she is charting a course for all things intentional and good! Rebecca aspires to live each day as optimistically and realistically as possible. Her story is the backbone behind why half full, llc exists. Go ahead and shake her hand … and ask for the left one!
Carrie Majewski
Carrie is committed to affecting change and fueled by desire to take action. Carrie is the Founder and CEO of the Women in Leadership Nexus® and DoorD™ career ascension framework. She is also the Vice President of Growth Strategy at SQA Group. Carrie was named the 2019 "Woman to Watch" in the Providence Business News' Professional Services category; a 2019 winner on the RI Inno 50 On Fire List; a 2017 Rhode Island “40 Under 40” honoree and a 2016 Rhode Island Tech10 Winner. Carrie is a member of the Board of Directors of the Girl Scouts Southeastern New England. In addition to getting her energy from entrepreneurship and marketing, you will find her dancing, exploring the Ocean State, and grabbing coffee with strangers who become friends.
